Thanks – Virtual Consultation

Thank you for your virtual consultation request!

What Happens Next?

Within 24-48 business hours our team will contact you to set up an appointment, and you will be given an easy list of instructions to follow for that day and time.
If you selected Email as your preferred method of contact, please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder to ensure you are receiving our communications.

Virtual Consultations take place through video (much like FaceTime) over Doxy.Me. This simple to use telemedicine platform requires only a web browser and internet connection. There are no apps or software to download and it is worldwide HIPAA Compliant.

What should I do to prepare for my Virtual Consultation?

Write down any specific questions or concerns you may have and keep a pen and a pad ready to write down the information you receive from Dr. Soler.

Next, we recommend you position your device (your phone or computer) in a comfortable, private, well-lit room. We want you to feel comfortable talking about your procedure. Also, should Dr. Soler ask to see the area of concern again, you should ensure you will have the privacy to do so.

Once you’re ready, you will log into Doxy.me, and we’ll take care of the rest!

What can I expect during my consultation?

In a virtual consultation, Dr. Soler will ask you about your medical history, discuss the procedure you are interested in and will share his personalized recommendations for you. He will explain to you how the procedure is accomplished and what results you can expect after your procedure.

When your consultation has finished, you will receive a call from our patient care coordinator to discuss procedure estimates, finance options and the next steps to scheduling your procedure.

Meeting Face-to-Face

Your health and wellbeing are the most important aspect of what we do here at Soler Cosmetic Plastic Surgery. Therefore, we require that you meet in person with Dr. Soler before your procedure so that he may carefully review your medical history and your area of concern.
