One of the most exciting additions to my practice is ALLOCLAE™, an adipose-derived tissue product I sometimes describe to patients as “fat off the shelf.” It restores natural-looking volume and contour without requiring me to harvest fat from another part of the body — opening the door for patients who previously had no good options.
Why More Patients Are Asking About ALLOCLAE
I’m seeing a growing number of patients in my Tampa practice who’ve achieved significant weight loss, including many through GLP-1 medications. The results are often transformative — but rapid, substantial fat loss can leave behind flattening or contour irregularities, especially in the buttocks and hips.
The catch: these patients are frequently too lean for traditional fat transfer. There simply isn’t enough donor fat left to harvest.
That’s the gap ALLOCLAE was built to fill.
How ALLOCLAE Helps
For appropriate candidates, ALLOCLAE restores targeted volume and smooths contour irregularities without relying on the patient’s own fat supply. It’s a particularly valuable option for GLP-1 patients whose bodies no longer have the donor fat traditional procedures require.
It’s also worth considering for patients who do have donor fat but would rather avoid the liposuction and longer recovery that come with a traditional Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
To be clear: ALLOCLAE isn’t a replacement for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), and it isn’t right for everyone. The two procedures work differently, and the amount of correction achievable varies by patient. During a consultation, I assess:
- Where and how much volume has been lost
- Available donor fat, if any
- Your anatomy and goals
- Which approach — ALLOCLAE, traditional fat transfer, or a BBL — will get you the most natural result
Could You Be a Candidate?
You may be a good fit for ALLOCLAE if you:
- Lost significant weight, including through GLP-1 medications
- Have volume loss or flattening in the buttocks or hips
- Don’t have enough donor fat for traditional fat transfer
- Want added volume without a traditional BBL
- Prefer a less invasive option with an easier recovery
Let’s Find the Right Approach for You
Every body responds to weight loss differently, and there’s no one-size-fits-all fix for the contour changes that can follow. My goal isn’t just to add volume — it’s to restore proportion and help you look like the best version of yourself.
If you’ve noticed volume loss after weight loss, or you’re curious whether ALLOCLAE could help you achieve fuller, more balanced contours without a traditional BBL, let’s talk. Schedule a consultation with me, Dr. Pedro Soler, at Soler Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in Tampa, and we’ll build a plan tailored to your body and your goals.
