24-Hour Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost. Notice given less than 24 hours before your appointment is not eligible for a refund of the consultation fee, and a $75 reschedule fee will apply, to be credited toward your selected procedure or service.
